It's Galdi's newest addition, the RG480, a state-of-the-art dual-line filling machine for packaging fresh produce and ESL in Gable Top containers, designed to offer the ultimate in ergonomics and usability, optimizing and simplifying the daily work of operators and maintainers - filling made easy.
With a capacity of 10,000 cartons/hour, the new filler surpasses our previous models, aiming to meet increasingly competitive market needs, such as those in North America, with Half-Gallon/2-Liter as the first configuration format.

In fact, one of the strengths of the filling machine is its extreme ease of use: thanks to the new, in-house developed Human-Machine Interface (HMI), even the most inexperienced operators will be able to operate the machine efficiently with minimal training.
In addition, interactive remote support modes for production and maintenance are able to provide constant monitoring and support for quick resolution of any issues.
