Model 231: a choice of transparency and legality
Legality and transparency are values that are part of Galdi's corporate culture. By adopting Model 231, we formalize an important commitment to ourselves and our stakeholders

By resolution of the Board of Directors, as of January 2025 Galdi has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Adopting this system strengthens our commitment to preventing misconduct and illegal behavior, to the benefit of our stakeholders and our corporate reputation.
It is undoubtedly an opportunity to reaffirm and promote the values of transparency and legality, which have always been part of our DNA.
The 231 Model: more control, less risk
The adoption of Model 231 allows the application of a coherent system of principles, organizational procedures, management and control with the aim of preventing the commission of crimes by administrators, managers or employees, in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 in force in Italy.
By adopting the system, Galdi is committed to ensuring its compliance with regulations in exchange for a number of benefits:
- Better risk management
- Greater control over critical processes
- Exemption from liability (in case of correct implementation of the Model)
- Reputation and Compliance
An independent Supervisory Body has been appointed to verify that the Model is correctly implemented by all Galdi's components.
Raising awareness and promoting legality
Adopting the Model is not mandatory, but as a company we consider it a duty towards all stakeholders who place their trust in us.
For Galdi it is an opportunity to reaffirm its concrete commitment to ethical, transparent and responsible business management, based on shared values promoted at every level of the company.
The application of the Model is in fact supported by actions to raise awareness both internally and externally, involving all our collaborators, from employees to suppliers.
To guarantee a transparent and responsible work environment, Galdi has also implemented a Whistleblowing Procedure that allows anyone to report, in a safe and confidential manner, any violations of national or European regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of Galdi.
The direct link to the reports is available in the Governance area of our website.
Galdi's commitment and values in the Code of Ethics
With the adoption of the 231 Model, Galdi has drawn up a Code of Ethics based on the 3 pillars - Environmental, Social and Governance - and aligned with international standards: ILO, UN SDGs, Human Rights.
The document is an opportunity to convey the principles and values that guide us and that we are committed to promoting: from correct behavior towards our stakeholders to the fight against discrimination.
The Code of Ethics is promoted and shared with all Galdi collaborators including consultants and suppliers, with the aim of aligning values and principles with a view to common growth.
