However, you can't always oversee production as if you were physically in the plant.

For those of you who are still unfamiliar with it, MaSH is the advanced monitoring system created by Galdi to provide production data linked to the efficiency of Galdi fillers, such as:

• MME (Machine Mechanical Efficiency)
• Machine operating time
• Carton production
• Alerts

Through a clear and comprehensive platform, you can keep track of production anytime and anywhere, even from home.

All you need is a computer, a tablet or a smartphone.

MaSH can be activated on all Galdi RG50 and RG270 packaging machines.

To install it, simply send an email to service.italy[at]galdi.it.

Our Automation Team will get in touch with you and guide you through the activation procedure.

You will only need to set up an Ethernet connection on the machine and follow a few simple steps.

To log onto the platform, you only need a computer or just download the app, available for both Android and iOS devices.

From then on, production data will be literally at your fingertips!

MaSH is also extremely useful to detect anomalies in the efficiency of your packaging machines.

With a remote check, Galdi's technicians can identify the cause of a problem more swiftly and recommend the most appropriate maintenance operations.

To make things even easier, we also offer the free TYE ("Through Your Eyes") service, through which we can guide the operator/maintenance technician in real time.

Once again, all you need is a smartphone or a tablet.
