Introducing myGaldi Customer Portal
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about an important update regarding access to Galdi's after-sales services!
Starting from 1 February 2024, we will be launching the new myGaldi Customer Portal, which will be the sole method of accessing these services.
We understand the importance of a smooth transition and ensuring that our valued customers have a secure and uninterrupted experience.
Therefore, from 6 December 2023 to 31 January 2024, both the current and new methods of accessing the portal will be active. This will allow you to gradually familiarize yourself with the new system while still having the option to use the existing method.
A NEW CUSTOMER PORTAL AT YOUR CONVENIENCE!
The myGaldi Customer Portal offers several advantages, including enhanced security measures and improved data privacy. It serves as a centralized hub for accessing all your Galdi services, making it more convenient and efficient for you.
How can I access the myGaldi Customer Portal?
Simply follow these steps:
1. Go to app.galdi.it.
2. Enable third-party cookies in your preferred web browser.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Galdi account.
4. Click on "Send magic link"
5. Check your email inbox for the confirmation link (please note that the link will expire in five minutes)
6. Click on the confirmation link, and a new tab to the myGaldi Customer Portal will open in your browser
I manage multiple users with a single email account: how can I access the Customer Portal on behalf of each user separately?
The new myGaldi Customer Portal requires each user to log in with a unique email address and then accept a confirmation link sent to the same email address.
Users managing multiple customers with the same account will need to log in with a different email address for each customer.
Alternatively, aliases can be used.
It is possible to use aliases of an email address (i.e. Gmail, Microsoft) simply by adding "+" and the name of your alias after your email address and before the "@" symbol.
Let's make an example:
For the email address: alfred.red@company.it several aliases can be created, such as:
- alfred.red+customer1@company.it
- alfred.red+customer2@company.it
- ...
Please note: in Gmail and Exchange Online, this functionality is active by default. For more information, click on this link.
What services will I find?
Once you're logged into the portal, you'll have access to a range of services, including Galdi's e-Portal and Machine System Health (MaSH). Please stay tuned for additional services that will be added in the near future.
e-Portal:
Our user-friendly online platform; it includes 3D machine drawings for spare parts ordering and technical documentation repository. Time-saving tool, available 24/7!
MaSH*:
Cloud-based, open source, state-of-the-art IIoT system using AI algorithms for advanced performance monitoring and predictive maintenance. Safely accessible from any device, can be integrated into customer’s IT systems through secure web APIs.
