THE FAMILY AUDIT EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATION
In October 2019, Galdi achieved Family Audit certification, issued to companies that demonstrate that they implement corporate welfare actions to promote work-life balance, equal opportunities and, more generally, the organizational well-being of their employees.
In 2023, at the end of the three-year path, Galdi achieved Family Audit Executive certification.

GALDI VILLAGE
Inaugurated in March 2021, Galdi Village stands alongside the plant and houses offices, meeting areas, gymnasium, bar, bistro, locker rooms and relaxation area.
A hub dedicated to wellness, new ideas and shared projects, open to clients, suppliers and the network of partners with whom we collaborate.
CONTINUOUS TRAINING
Each year we dedicate several hundreds of hours to training activities in order to develop our staff’s hard and soft skills.
From technical skills and on-the-job training to refresher courses on the latest standards and strategies, without foregoing foreign languages.
GALDI FITNESS AREA
A fitness area dedicated to the well-being and health of our employees, who can enjoy sessions led by qualified professionals, taking functional training, postural gymnastics or mindfulness classes.
Through the company gym, we want to promote a healthy lifestyle by providing a stimulating environment in which employees can improve their physical and mental well-being.
CO-WORKING SPACES
The sales and marketing offices have been redesigned as an open space with interchangeable desks and high-tech meeting rooms.
This conceptual and functional reorganization encourages the exchange of ideas and fosters the collaboration between colleagues.
GALDI BISTRO
The Galdi bistro, dedicated to employees and customers, is a welcoming and modern environment where innovation and quality meet the taste of good food.
A multifunctional space designed to provide an informal meeting place where you can enjoy delicious dishes and discuss innovative ideas.
FAMILY & WORK PROJECT
A series of special attentions dedicated to our colleagues with children, including the possibility to bring one’s children to work and, for dads, to benefit from a parental leave extension.
These ideas are conceived by parents themselves to answer our staff’s family needs while improving everyday life.
OPEN COMPANY
To encourage exchange and create new partnerships, every year we welcome hundreds of people visiting our premises, including suppliers, clients, students, consultants, researchers and associations.
When it comes to growing and learning new things, our doors are always open.
VISITING STUDENTS
Every year we welcome about - a hundred students to promote exchange between schools and the labour market and help them make professional decisions.
This initiative is very positive for us, while for local students it is a valuable chance to gain first-hand experience of what work means.
WORK EXPERIENCE FOR HIGH-SCHOOL STUDENTS
Each year, students from two local high schools have the chance to complete a work experience at our premises within the so-called “Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro” vocational scheme.
Its purpose is to allow students to have a direct experience of the world of work.
COFFEE BREAK AREA
A space equipped with comfortable tables where to work on one’s laptop, exchange a few words or just relax.

Our mothers-to-be deserve special attention. With them in mind, we have created a dedicated car park next to the entrance of our production plant.

A car park conveniently set next to the entrance of our premises for occasional temporary parking. Any act of courtesy, however small, can make other people's lives easier.
