Galdi is a Benefit Corporation since 2022

On September 30, 2022, Galdi officially became a Benefit Corporation, thus adopting a new business model more in keeping with the company's vision, modifying the object of its bylaws and integrating it with purposes of common benefit for the entire community.

For Galdi, the transition to a Benefit Corporation represents a desire to renew and clearly affirm the company's commitment to a path of sustainable and ethical growth.

This transformation represents an important step forward in our commitment to generating positive impact and growth, not only in the food and beverage packaging sector, but also in society as a whole, while also placing at the center of our goals a commitment to support projects and initiatives that promote environmental and social sustainability.

We will continue to focus on creating value for our customers, offering reliable, efficient and innovative solutions, while at the same time working toward a more sustainable future.

We have also set out in our corporate charter the key points we intend to pursue: these are our goals for common benefit, and they coincide with the values we believe in and want to stand for every day.

For maximum transparency and assurance towards all those who would like to know how Galdi will be active every day in creating value for its stakeholders, a Sustainability Report will be produced and made public every year, which will have the objective of reporting the activity carried out in favor of the stakeholders, measuring the impact achieved and planning new objectives.
