Based on the precept "test it before you make it", testing stations have been developed by designers to test new prototypes and analyze mechanical durability, electronic precision and component quality by testing individual pieces and then finally the entire functioning system.
Analysis is carried out using a 24 hour system to speed up wear and tear and define the life expectancy of the component, and then, with the aim of continuous improvement, to understand what changes can be carried out to extend its lifetime.
As soon as the component's maximum lifetime is certified, the part code will be included in the maintenance list. Respect for its "expiration", coupled with the work done by Galdi's qualified personnel, leads to an enhanced guarantee of minimizing production stoppages, while at the same time achieving higher and more stable performance levels for fillers.
